Product Introduction:
It can be used as protective colloid and complexing agent for cellulose fiber and polyester/cellulose fiber blended fabric. Used in the pre-treatment scouring process, to prevent precipitation during dyeing due to hard water or other impurities. It is different from normal water softening agent, does not react with metal ions from dyes while dyeing, little effect on color shade. Used as soaping agent for reactive dyes, more obvious effect for bright red and lake blue

Compatibility: compatible with anionic and non-ionic products. In acid and neutral solution, sedimentation occurs while with cationic auxiliary agents.
Properties:
Excellent dispersion ability on the fabric impurities which precipitate in alkaline solution. The complexing effect on various calcium ions, similar to derivatives from ethylenediamine four acetic acid or nitro three acetic acid products. But it does not dissolve any metal ions, such as copper and chromium contained in metal complex dyes, which does not affect color shade and color fastness of reactive and direct dyes which contain metal complexes. It has no dye retention effect in dye bath and no bubbles because has no surface active effect.
Applications:
1. Polyester/ cotton blended fabric dyeing
Usually after dyeing part of polyester fabric, cotton impurities which dissolve in acidic medium are likely to precipitate in following alkaline dyeing bath. Because this product has the dispersing and complexing abilities, precipitation will be effectively avoided. scattered and complex nature, this product can prevent the occurrence of precipitation, which is more important in rolling dyeing process. Recommended dosage: 1-2g/L, added in the initial stage of dyeing.
2. Vat dyes on cotton fabric dyeing
This product works as protective colloid in the alkaline solution, and the complexing agent on calcium, magnesium and other metal ions, so this product is suitable for dyeing cotton fabric with VAT dyes. After using this product, no need to add colloid or complexing agent for special protection. Dosage in the working liquid concentration is 1-3g/L.
3. Reactive dyes on cotton fabric dyeing
While reactive dyeing, complexing agents of ethylenediamine four acetic acid cannot be used. Because this will dissolve many metal ions in the dyes which are in the complex state, resulting in weaker fabric color fastness. But it will not violate metal complex dyes, therefore, can be used as a substitute for polyphosphates of the same concentration in reactive dyeing.
Packing and Storage:
50kg or 125kg per plastic drum. Store and transport according to regulations of general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated place. Shelf time: one year.
